Download product data

Follow these steps to download product files directly from FarEarth using your browser.

All FarEarth products are available on your cloud storage, where they are neatly organised. We provide a mechanism to download the products using a web browser for your convenience.

Prerequisites

• You need to have access to a FarEarth subscription with permission to search and download products
• A processed satellite image product must be available to generate a Report

If you do not have access to FarEarth, contact your organisation's Administrator.

caution

To switch between your subscriptions, click on the dropdown menu.

Ensure you select the account associated with the data you want to view.

Step 1

• Go to FarEarth (https://gateway.farearth.space/)
• Log in with your e-mail and password

Step 2

• Follow the instructions in the search for satellite data how-to guide
• Select the product to open it in the product window

Step 3

• In the product window, click to select all files, or a subset of files
• Click DOWNLOAD SELECTED

Step 4

• FarEarth will create a ZIP file with the selected files
• Click CLICK TO DOWNLOAD

Expected outcome

• You will be able to view and download your products
