Invite a new FarEarth user

Follow these steps to add an existing or new user to your FarEarth subscription

Prerequisites​

  • You need to have the Admin role in FarEarth

If you do not have access to FarEarth yet, reach out to your FarEarth system administrator

Step 1​

  • Click Menu

  • Click Users

  • Click Invite User

  • 5.1 - Enter the user's e-mail address
  • 5.2 - Select the Role you want to assign to the user
  • 5.3 - Click Invite

Expected outcome​

  • If the e-mail address was entered correctly, the user will receive an e-mail inviting them to join your FarEarth subscription
  • If the user already has an account with FarEarth, they will immediately get access
  • If the user does not yet have an account with FarEarth, they will have to create one first (follow the instructions in the e-mail)
